Born from the boundless imagination of PJ Rigney, this Irish gin, distilled in majestic copper pot stills, elegantly blends oriental botanicals discovered throughout his travels with local ingredients from the wild landscapes of Drumshanbo. It features, among others, angelica and orris root, caraway, cardamom, coriander, Chinese lemon, kaffir lime, and Gunpowder green tea — the distillery’s signature botanical.
